Return and Exchange Policy
o Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 business days from receiving their order.
o The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
o ICTC covers return shipping costs only if the product has a defect or wrong item was sent.
o For any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost.
o Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
o Customized products made specifically for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
o Customers can request a product exchange instead of a refund.
o Contact customer service and fill out a return request form.
o ICTC covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and the shipping cost of the replacement.
o Standard warranties apply based on the product type.
o The same return and exchange policy applies to discounted and promotional items.
