o Direct delivery via ICTC vehicles in major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam).
o Third-party shipping companies for other cities.
→ International:
o Containers are shipped via international shipping providers.
→ Shipping costs vary based on the type and quantity of the product.
→ Free shipping details (if applicable) will be specified under each product.
→ Orders are processed and shipped Sunday to Thursday (business days only).
→ Delays may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances affecting the shipping industry.
→ No compensation is provided for natural delivery delays.
→ If a shipment is lost or damaged during delivery by ICTC vehicles, ICTC takes full responsibility.
